Comments: Good service, prompt response. I was not happy regarding your cancellation policy. Usually, the cancellation period starts 24 hours prior to check in. Your cancellation policy starts 48 hours before check in which is not very helpful. InIdaho Ed. Note: 48 hours is the hotel policy, not InIdaho's.
