It is such a warm cosy place to come back to, after a day of skiing! The out door rock hot tub was right ouside our room and was a real treat to sit in and watch the stars. The help was wonderful. We noticed an over charge on our reciept after we got home of course and called them up and they took care of it right away with a credit to my card. Overall Ranking out of 5		Shore Lodge product reviewed:   Comments: The Whitetail Club is a beautiful lodge with a spectacular setting. My kids loved the pool, hot tub, game room and the big trampoline out on the lake. Our rooms were beautiful and suited us perfectly. We had two connecting rooms, which if you can afford it, works wonderfully! One detraction from the lodge is the service, which was quite slow and sometimes non existant, i.e. we had to carry our own bags to our room and when I asked for a life jacket for my daughter, I was told by one of the staff that he would get me one, and then he never brought one. Overall Ranking out of 5		Shore Lodge product reviewed:   Comments: great location on the lake, facility is beautiful but very masculine...could benefit from attentive support staff, lower prices (i went off season and price was not appropriate for what I got), flowers in the lobby to brighten up the place...i've paid the same amount for B&Bs in Maine, British Columbia during high time and the the service, value were far superior out of state for same price. I didnt' even have a hair dryer in my room, and the one I got didn't plug in well.
