Description:
Big Timber is a grand premier ski home with a breathtaking great room and amazing views from the large deck. The home is ideal for large families, boasting 4 large bedrooms. The home is ski-in/ski-out via the musical chairs access trail. On the entry level is one bedroom with a queen bed, private bath with a jet tub/ shower combo. On the main level of the home there is the gourmet kitchen, granite countertops, breakfast bar, formal dining room with vaulted ceilings, mud room, bath, and back deck with Hot Tub. On the third floor there is a bedroom with two triple stacked bunk beds (twin, and queen) with a private bath and steam shower. On the fourth floor is another spacious bedroom with a queen bed, lake view, with a private deck, private bath with shower. The master bedroom has a queen bed, private balcony with lake view, a walk-in closet, and private bath with jetted tub and shower. This property also has a one car garage and space for two additional vehicles and is equipped with WIFI access and a flat screen TV.

This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: (May vary with special rates & packages) A deposit equal to one (1) night plus tax is required upon booking. During Holiday periods..one (1) night deposit is due at time of booking if booked outside 30 days of arrival. If booked inside 30 days of arrival, full payment is due at time of booking. Value and Regular Season: All cancellations must be received fourteen (14) days prior to arrival date. If cancelled inside fourteen days but outside 7 days of arrival, there is a charge equal to one night. If cancelled inside 7 days of arrival the entire reservation is non refundable. Early departures are subject to the same cancellation policy as if cancelled inside 7 days of arrival. Holiday Season: All cancellations must be received thirty (30) days prior to arrival date. If cancellations are made after the cancellation deadline, the entire reservation will be non refundable. This also applies to early departure. (May vary with packages)

Minimum Stay: 3 nights regular and value season, 7 holidays.
